Dr. Diamond Higgin, DMD, MS
Dr. Diamond Higgin, DMD, MS is a dentist, clinical leader, and national speaker committed to expanding access to high‑quality dental care while mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals. She currently serves as a Managing Clinical Director, where she oversees clinical operations and ensures excellence in patient care across diverse communities.
Dr. Higgin earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine after completing a Master of Biomedical Sciences at Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Delaware. Prior to becoming a dentist, she worked as a dental assistant and educator, experiences that shaped her patient‑centered philosophy and commitment to mentorship.
In addition to her clinical leadership, Dr. Higgin is the founder of Make It Happen Mommy, a mentorship platform that supports parents pursuing professional and graduate education. Through workshops, seminars, and one‑on‑one coaching, she has helped aspiring professionals navigate the challenges of higher education while balancing family life.
Dr. Higgin has been invited to speak nationally on topics including mentorship, overcoming barriers in professional education, and leadership in healthcare. She has presented at major professional conferences including ADA SmileCon, and continues to advocate for equity, representation, and opportunity in dentistry and healthcare leadership.
Her professional interests include clinical leadership, dental practice development, mentorship, community outreach, and expanding pathways for underrepresented students entering healthcare professions.
