The dentist office is very clean and welcoming not dim and old looking like some dentist I’ve been to. The staff was very welcoming and attentive, very efficient, and was able to help me with all of my dental needs especially due to my heart failure issues. Dr. Diamond was amazing and I will be returning.

When i came in on an early Thursday morning i was welcomed with smiles, the cleaning process was also easy making the appointment more enjoyable even though i wasn't in as good of a mood at first. Scheduling was as accommodating as possible and stress-free as well.

I visited Dr Diamond Higgins, on Harford Road, I was truly impressed with her and her staff, they were very professional and Friendly ❤️

My daughter referred me and I have not been disappointed. This is is my 3rd visit, 2nd cleaning. The staff is friendly, warm, almost family-like. The techs are not rough. I didn't leave in pain or regretting my choice like I have with others dentists' offices in the past. Hope everyone has an experience as smooth and nice as I have had.

Amazing Dennis friendly atmosphere. I chipped my tooth on my trip. He fit me into a quick appointment and just fixed it. I only been going here for three months. Nothing but great work being done and my teeth is improving.

From Dr. Mike that is basically your whole best friend you never knew you had until you meet him he is awesome to the amazing Rachel that has always been super accommodating and so pleasant and so fun 😂 to be around and also the all the hygienist they are the best . Danyae is amazing she is also a hygienist as well everyone is the most pleasant people to be around so if you are looking for a new dental home I promise you. You will not be disappointed . Love Dr. Neman and his staff. They are very professional and do great dental work. We have been a patient since Jan 2024, and only have good results with our dental care.

My son (3 years old), has been coming here since he was 18 months old. Dr. Mike and Dannia are so amazing. They know how to make children feel comfortable and even excited about everything they need to during a cleaning. I highly suggest them.

From my first call to them, the staff was amazing; they're friendly, they're kind, they're professional... they really seem to take patient services seriously, which has become a rare find.
The dental hygienist was very thorough, albeit, a little on the slow (or maybe just less experienced) side when taking x-rays. For those of us who have a strong gag reflex, it's always better to set the machine up FIRST and then put in the mouth piece. Nonetheless, she did a terrific job cleaning my teeth and doing the gum measurements.
Dr. Mike didn't have to do much except for a quick exam, so I cannot yet say if he has good hands or not; I will add to the review when I come back next week for a filling. But he was attentive and didn't rush me, waited for me to ask my questions and seemed pretty knowledgeable.
Overall, a great experience! 👍

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Mike and his hygienist, Dannia. From start to finish, everything was professional, friendly, and comfortable. Dannia did an excellent job with the cleaning — thorough, gentle, and made me feel at ease the whole time. Dr. Mike was knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The entire team made the visit stress-free and positive.

As a first time patient, I was beyond satisfied with the professionalism and, the kindness my son and I was shown. Everyone had smiles on their faces! I came in a wheelchair and the staff was very accommodating, making sure I was comfortable.

The Dr and his assistant was very knowledgeable and explained the problem so we'd understand. I so super happy I found them. It gives old school care with a twist of modernization!! We were in and out with no LONG waits. We were seen right at our appt time which was even better.

Thank you to all the staff and Dr Mike for everything you did for us today! My son was pleased as I was as well. You WILL NOT be disappointed but wowed work your visit. That I can guarantee 💯
